What should you do if you just can't wait to get started, or if the beginning of the new semester seems so far away? Or if you just don't want to commit to a semester class without knowing exactly what to expect? Our introductory 4-week classes provide a wonderful way to bridge the time gap between the beginning of our semester classes, or to just "get your feet wet" by trying our classes, experiencing our teaching styles, and providing readiness for continued musical study. Students and parents/caregivers attend class together to learn the basics of musical concepts through hands-on and creatively taught, age-designed activities incorporating solfege singing, rhythm and movement, ear training, percussion instruments, and piano keyboard exploration, geography and playing.
