Course Description
This 18-week course helps students strengthen artistic skills while exploring a wide range of media and creative techniques. Through drawing, sculpture, and mixed-media projects, students will learn the foundational elements of art and principles of design. Lessons introduce perspective, composition, color theory, shading, and artistic styles from various cultures and historical periods. Students are encouraged to develop their own artistic voice while building technical skills and creative confidence.
Students will:
Practice observational and imaginative drawing
Learn color theory, composition, and design principles
Experiment with multiple artistic media
Explore famous artists and art movements
Minimum: 3 students
Maximum: 8 students
